Fees and Payment Plans 2024-25

Fees are payable by credit card only. If you do not have a credit card please contact the office directly at 403-912-2680 to make alternate arrangements.  There may be additional charges for E-transfers. 

This year, you will need to select which team(s) you want to tryout or be evaluated for first and then the applicable Division Base Fee will be added to your registration, where you will be able to make payments based on the payment schedule below.

NOTE:  If you register after a payment date, all past payment amounts will be due on the date of registration. (for example:  If you register on July 1st you will have to pay the Tryout fees, the payment due at the time of registration and the June 15th payment.)

In the fall, if your player makes the higher team they are trying out for, then any lower tryout fees will be applied against the balance owed. In October a package will be added to your RAMP registration for the balance owing for the team that was made and that amount will be due on November 1st. (see table below)


For Draw Zone Players, you will only pay tryout fees at the time of registration.  Once your player makes a team you will be sent a note to prompt you to pay the total registration fee for that team before November 1st. (see table below)

If your player changes their mind about playing hockey, please refer to the 7.3 Refund Policy. A deposit fee of $100 is non-refundable.        

NOTE:  After July 31, 2024 the non-refundable late fee of $250 will be added to the total registration fees.  

Team Fees

The AMHA registration costs only cover the regular season league games, practices and playoff game costs.

You may be required to pay additional team fees throughout the season to cover the costs of going to away tournaments, exhibition games, bus transportation to away games, dry land, team apparel, team building events, provincials, etc. and for AA teams the monthly coach honorarium fees. 

These costs should be voted on at the initial team meeting and agreed upon before a team commitment is made.  Many teams will elect to do some fundraising to offset some of these costs.
