If the situation has you highly emotional and assuming there is no physical or mental harm or abuse, please allow a 24 hour cool down before meeting with your Team Manager.
If the situation persists or is not being handled by your Team Manager or involves the team manager, your second point of contact will be your Division Director.
The third point of contact would be to the AEHC Chair and should include your Division Director and Team Manager.
