February Special General Meeting

 Airdrie Minor Hockey encourages all members in good standing to attend the Special General Meeting on February 26, 2026 to have their say in determining the future direction of  the Airdrie Minor Hockey Association.TThe organization structure review committed has completed their analysis and proposal for a new organizational structure and the board has prepared new bylaws for review.  All members wishing to attend the meeting must register in advance by completing the Special General Meeting Registration Form. Each family may only vote once.  

The meeting will have two different votes. 

Vote 1: Organizational Structure 

Members will vote between two options.

Vote 2- Proposed New Bylaws

Members will vote to accept or reject the new bylaws which can be found under the Special General Meeting tab on our website. Members wishing to review the current bylaws can also find them on the website under the information tab. For the convenience of our members we have assembled an FAQ regarding the new bylaws. If you need more information you can Ask Questions at this link and we will post the answers. 

All members in good standing should review the information on the website prior to the special general meeting. 

Only members who have registered in advance will be eligible to attend and vote.
