Fees and Payment Plans 2022-23

Fees are payable by credit card only. If you do not have a credit card please contact the office directly at 403-912-2680 to make alternate arrangements.  There may be additional charges for E-transfers. 

This year, we have gone back to charging the full amount of the highest team that you are trying out for at the time of Registration plus any prep camps or AAA try out fees.  AA try out fees of $185 have been included in the total fees for AA.

Payment Plans

The payment plan options will be laid out to you on the final page of the registration and are listed below. If you register after a payment date then the total of previous payments are due at the time of registration.  (i.e. if you register on July 15th you will pay the initial amount plus June 1st and July 1st payments.) 

Please note that this year we are adding the $200 Volunteer cheque and $100 Jersey deposit to your registration costs.  They will not be charged if you complete the required 10 volunteer hours/family + 2 Tournament volunteer hours over the season.  Once completed we will cancel the March 31st payment. When you return your jersey in a reasonable condition, we will cancel the April 15th payment.  We hope this helps individuals that no longer have cheques.

NOTE:  After August 2, 2022 the non-refundable late fee of $250 will be added to the total registration fees.  A deposit fee of $100 is non-refundable.

Team Fees

The AMHA registration costs only cover the regular season league games, practices and playoff game costs.

You may be required to pay additional team fees throughout the season to cover the costs of going to tournaments, exhibition games, bus transportation to away games, dry land, team apparel, team building events, provincials, etc. and for AA teams the monthly coach honorarium fees. 

These costs should be voted on at the initial team meeting and agreed upon before a team commitment is made.  Many teams will elect to do some fundraising to offset some of these costs.
